Please ensure that the information that you share are information that you are comfortable to be viewed publicly as neither you nor us can control how your information is being used by others. You can choose to limit the sharing of certain information for part of your profile, in accordance with your settings.

With our service providers:
We use third party providers to help us improve our services. These third parties include data hosting and maintenance, authentication services, analytics, marketing and payment processing and security operations. We may use and share non-personal information, that by itself, does not identify who you are, such as general demographics and general behavioural data. We may also share this information with our service providers, notably advertisers, to develop targeted advertising on our platforms and that of third parties, and to report and analyse on the advertisements that you view.

If you access third-party service providers, such as Facebook to login to the App, these third-party services may be able to collect information about your usage activity on Stroll, in accordance with their privacy policies.

For legal disclosures and business transfers:

In the event of government/law enforcement investigations, we may disclose your information if reasonably necessary: (a) in response to a legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, search warrant or other legal requirements; (b) to assist in the detection and prevention of crime; to protect the safety of any persons. We may also transfer your information to to another company in the event of a merger, sale, financing due diligence or corporate restructuring.

To enforce legal rights:

We may share information if disclosure is necessary to (a) protect our legal rights and legal rights of our users, business partners or other relevant parties, would mitigate our liability in an actual or threatened lawsuit, to enforce our agreements in Terms of Service with you, and to investigate and prevent against any illegal activities, fraud or other wrongdoing.

We retain your personal information for only as long as we need it for as long as you use our services and for legitimate business purposes (as listed out in Section 5).

Even after you remove information from your profile or delete your account, copies of the information may still be accessed to the extent such information has been previously shared, copied or stored by others. We do not control this, nor do we accept liability for this. If you have given any third party applications or websites access to your personal information, they may retain your information to the extent of their privacy policies or terms of service.

9. SECURING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We take steps to make sure that your information is handled securely and in accordance with this policy. Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% safe, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide to us. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.

By providing your personal information to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically concerning security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our Services.
