I can't login

If you’re facing issues with logging in and an error message persists, please wait and try again at a later time.

If the issue persists:

  • Ensure that you have a strong and stable wifi or mobile data connection
  • Check the App store or Google Play store to ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed. If not, please update to the latest version
  • Delete the app and re-download. Your account will not be affected if you delete the app
  • Ensure that you’re using the same login method that you connected previously (Facebook, Apple or Google account) when you created an account
